FOOT & ANKLE CONDITIONS WE TREAT

Helping you understand what's contributing to your symptoms—so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Your feet and ankles support you every day, so even minor discomfort can have a big impact on your mobility. Explore the conditions below to learn more about common symptoms, possible causes, and how our team may be able to help.

Foot Pain

Foot pain can develop for many different reasons. Muscle and ligament strains, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, tendon injuries, nerve irritation, overuse, and changes in foot mechanics can all contribute to discomfort.

Toe Pain

Toe pain can result from many different conditions, including arthritis, sprains, fractures, tendon irritation, nerve compression, bunions, or repetitive stress.

Bunion

Bunions can make walking, standing, exercising, or finding comfortable shoes frustrating.

Morton's Neuroma

Pain, burning, or the feeling of standing on a pebble beneath the ball of your foot can make walking and staying active uncomfortable.

Arch Pain

Arch pain can develop for many different reasons, including muscle strain, plantar fasciitis, tendon irritation, poor foot mechanics, overuse, or changes in arch support.

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It occurs when the plantar fascia—a thick band of connective tissue that supports the arch of your foot—becomes irritated from repetitive stress.

Heel Spurs

Heel spurs are small bony growths that can develop on the underside of the heel bone over time. While they're often associated with plantar fasciitis, many people have heel spurs without any pain at all.

Achilles Tendinopathy

Achilles tendinopathy develops when repeated stress exceeds the tendon's ability to recover, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced function.

Ankle Pain

Ankle pain can result from sprains, tendon injuries, arthritis, overuse, instability, fractures, or changes in foot mechanics.

Lateral Ankle Sprains

Rolling your ankle can happen in an instant, but the pain, swelling, and instability can last much longer.

Sinus Tarsi Syndrome

Persistent pain on the outside of your ankle can make walking on uneven ground, exercising, or standing for long periods uncomfortable.
