What services and products do you offer?

Our clinic offers Chiropractic Care, Naturopathic Medicine, and Registered Massage Therapy (RMT). Each service provided by our licensed practitioners is designed to support pain relief, injury recovery, improve mobility, stress reduction, prevent re-injury, improve overall performance and overall wellness.

We also offer a wide range of products such as supplements, custom braces, custom orthotic inserts and orthopedic shoes and custom socks and stockings.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Yes, we do! For your convenience, we can bill many insurance providers directly. To find out if your plan is eligible, please visit our Direct Billing page for a complete list of insurers.

Please note that our services are not covered under programs such as OHIP, Ontario Workers (OW), or ODSP.

Do you accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Worker's Compensation (WSIB) claims?

Yes, we accept both Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and WSIB claims for eligible Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy services.

Coverage and claim procedures may vary depending on your insurer and the type of claim. Please contact our clinic prior to booking so we can review the required documentation, confirm eligibility, and help guide you through the process.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a full charge.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book by phone, email, text or through our online booking system. Same-day appointments may be available depending on practitioner availability.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit typically includes a detailed health history, assessment, and discussion of your concerns and goals.

Depending on the practitioner, treatment may begin during the same appointment.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Accepted Answer

Insurance information, any relevant medical records, including any recent imaging reports or images, and a list of medications or supplements you're taking.

How long are appointments?

Accepted Answer

Chiropractic Initial Visits are 45 to 70 minutes long. Follow-ups range from 10 to 40 minutes.
Naturopathic Initial Visits are 75 to 90 minutes long. Follow-ups range from 20 to 60 minutes.
RMT Initial Visits are 60 minutes long. Follow-ups range from 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute sessions.

Do I need to prepare for my appointment?

We kindly ask that you wear comfortable clothing and arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you are coming in for an initial assessment, please complete the intake forms emailed to you ahead of time and bring your insurance information, if any. For naturopathic visits, please bring any recent lab results, medications, and supplements that may be relevant.

Can I combine different treatments in one visit?

Yes—absolutely! We encourage it. Many patients combine services such as chiropractic care, naturopathic care, and massage therapy during the same visit.​ 
We’ll build in enough time between your appointments to keep your visit relaxed and running on schedule.

Of course! Booking in advance is the best way to secure your preferred time, especially if you have a busy schedule.

Can I come even if I don't have pain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can absolutely visit us even if you’re not in pain. Many of our patients come in for preventative care, maintenance, and to support overall health and mobility before issues develop.

How many treatments will I need?

This will vary depending on your condition, goals and how your body responds to care.​​ Treatment plans are outlined by each practitioner and will be discussed on your initial assessment to determine the best course of action for your specific needs.

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible, and is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our clinic is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available around the plaza with additional street parking available on the South East side of Blackmore Ave (free, up to 3 hours).

Do you offer package rates or discounts if I buy multiple sessions upfront?

Yes, we do offer discounted package rates for multiple prepaid sessions.
